Ferrari 250 GTO is a state of art. No wonder why so many automotive artists are inspired by its captivating shapes, story and also its rarity. This Ferrari 250 GTO art print is a brand new member of our 250 GTO art collection.

"Highest levels of performance and styling." This is how the Maranello manufacturer presents the 250 GTO in its history books. The Italian automobile engineer Giotto Bizzarrini is the one in charge of the team that creates the car. Surprisingly Enzo Ferrari discharges everyone on the very same day they present the vehicle.

The successful competition career of the 250 GTO is a significant part of the legend created around the car. In 1962 it is the only one single-seater with a front engine. By that time most of Scuderia's competitors use vehicles with mid-engine configuration. They are one of the last dual-purpose cars - both for roads and for racing tracks. The 3-litre V12 Colombo engine in the GTO is fed by six, twin chokes Weber carburettors, good enough for 300 hp.

The Italian luxury car manufacturer produces only thirty-six 250 GTOs. Pininfarina creates the bodies of the last three of them.
