Ferrari 250 GTO
Ferrari 250 GTO
This art print represents the most expensive car up to date, the apple green 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO that was built for Sir Stirling Moss. Unfortunately a horrible crash at the Goodwood circuit ended his career. Innes Ireland, his teammate, raced the car for a first and last time at the 1962 Le Mans.
This very model represents an end of an era for Ferrari and combined with the fact that only 39 GTO`s was produced, it is one of most desired entries in any classic car collection. This particular car was sold on auction for the terrifying amount of $35 million, so it is definitely expensive to own.
Nicolas Cancelier
Nicolas Cancelier, born into an artistic family, discovered his passion for motorsport during his youth when a neighbor, a mechanic, introduced him to races at Spa and Nurburgring circuits. Channeling this racing enthusiasm, he expressed his love for the sport through various artistic mediums such as oil, watercolor, pastels, and pencil. His preferred eras in motorsport are the 50s, 60s, and 70s, and his artworks beautifully capture the essence of these iconic racing periods.
